01How do weekend-pass reservations work?
Reserve online for free, receive a unique gate code, then pay $27 per pass when it is redeemed at entry. Walk-up weekend passes are $30. Day passes are sold only at the gate.
02Are children free?
Yes. Children under six enter free and will not need a digital ticket.
03Are there senior and military discounts?
Yes. Senior day passes are $7 and military day passes are $6 with valid military ID. The general day-pass price is $13.
04Does everyone receive a wristband?
Yes. Every person entering receives a wristband at the front gate. The valid wristband is required for re-entry.
05Can I leave and come back?
Yes. Re-entry is allowed with the valid wristband issued at the front gate.
06Do players and coaches pay admission?
Rostered players and up to four coaches per team enter free. Each team must submit its four coach names before gates open on the first event day.
07What is the team refund policy?
All team-entry payments are nonrefundable. If a team withdraws at least 21 days before the tournament, the director may issue a nontransferable credit toward a future Next Nine event. Withdrawals fewer than 21 days before the event receive no refund or credit.
08What happens if games are rained out?
Next Nine may shorten games, adjust the schedule, change fields, or revise the format. If weather ends the event with no games played, the team receives a full refund minus a $75 administration fee. One game played receives a 50% refund. Two or more games played receives no refund.
09Where is the tournament?
A gated complex in the Louisville Metro Area is being finalized. The address, directions, free-parking map, and entrance route will be posted after the agreement is complete.
10Is parking free?
Yes. Parking is free for all Next Nine tournament attendees.
11When do gates open?
Gates open 90 minutes before the first scheduled game each event day.
12Can I bring outside food or a cooler?
Yes. Outside food, nonalcoholic drinks, and coolers are allowed. Glass and alcohol are prohibited.
13Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are allowed if they remain leashed, supervised, and under the owner’s control.
14How will schedule changes be announced?
Changes will be posted on the tournament page. Fans can also subscribe to targeted email and text alerts.
15Where can I see teams and schedules?
Each tournament page will carry the accepted-team list, working schedule, final matchups, standings, and bracket as they become available.
16Who do I contact with a question?
