Spectator information
Your tournament weekend, simplified.
Everything families and fans need to plan arrival, admission, gate entry, food, pets, and weather updates in one place.
Front-gate wristbands
Every person entering receives a wristband at the front gate. Keep the valid wristband on for re-entry throughout the day or full tournament weekend.
Players and coaches
Rostered players and up to four coaches per team enter free. Coach names must be submitted in advance, before gates open on the first event day.
Parking
Parking is free. The entrance route and parking map will be posted after the Louisville-area venue is confirmed.
Gate times
Gates open 90 minutes before the first scheduled game each event day.
Food and drinks
Outside food, nonalcoholic drinks, and coolers are allowed. Glass containers and alcohol are not permitted.
Pets
Pets are allowed. They must remain leashed, supervised, and under the owner’s control at all times.
Weather
Schedule changes will appear on the tournament page and alert subscribers will receive a time-stamped update with the next decision time.
Prohibited items
Weapons, alcohol, tobacco products, glass containers, and disruptive conduct will not be permitted. Final facility-specific rules will be posted before the event.
