NEXT NINE BASEBALL EVENTS
TEAM WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY

Policy version 1.1
Effective July 25, 2026

1. All team-entry payments are nonrefundable after payment.

2. If a team withdraws at least 21 days before the tournament begins, the tournament director may issue a credit toward a future Next Nine event.

3. Future-event credits are discretionary, nontransferable, have no cash value, and must be used within 12 months of the original event.

4. A team withdrawing fewer than 21 days before the tournament begins receives no refund or future-event credit.

5. WEATHER CANCELLATION EXCEPTION
- No games played: full team-entry refund minus a $75 administration fee.
- One game played: 50% team-entry refund.
- Two or more games played: no refund.

6. Next Nine may shorten games, alter the schedule or format, move games, or resume suspended games when necessary to complete the event safely. The games-played total is determined by Next Nine tournament records.
